Very comfortable place to stay, and spend quality time with your wife, and features plenty of amenities, such as room service, music, and it's clean, and secure. I highly recommend that you spend a night or two!

Stayed here from Monday to Friday and enjoyed my time there We first booked a regular room but to fund out there was no wifi , we switched to a suit and then we were giving the wifi password really I've the pictures they display and the room was a double bed room extremely spacious ND very clean I loved being a week guest

It's a good place to spend the night, good reception, good rooms. The only problem that was found is the neighborhood.
Hotel Atizapan The good: Super fast wifi! 171 down and almost 38 up and that is going through a VPN in NY. Decent water pressure, king-sized bed was a pleasant surprise (booking dot com website said they only have full size), good quality toilet paper, and a TV big enough to see. The bad: FOOD - terrible! We ordered crepes which arrived cold and tasting old. Sent them back and got some that were warm but still tasted old. Obviously they were frozen and microwaved. On the positive side we got two phone calls from management to inquire about the problem and ask if things were better. We purchased the breakfast plan and were surprised when the waitress said we still owed for the breakfast. It turns out that by buying the breakfast plan you are only buying $120MXN worth of breakfast. The hotcakes were heavy and not good. The coffee was horrible - better to go to OXXO to get a cup. Our room was on the top floor on the east side of the building. It warmed up very quickly once the sun came up and there is no air conditioning or ceiling fan to alleviate the heat. I would return based on the room quality and value, but I would never eat here again.
The experience with the reception in the hotel and motel is so poor, It lacks human touch, a good tone of voice, and the rooms need to improve their aroma. They are clean but they smell to detergents and chemicals.
